Programme Documents

There are a number of key programme documents which may be of interest to anyone involved in the Objective One Programme. These can be downloaded below:

Single Programming Document

SPD

The Single Programming Document (SPD) was developed in consultation with regional partners and describes the context and strategy for the Merseyside Objective One Programme. The SPD is the formal ‘contract’ between the European Union the UK Government and should not be used when putting applications for funding together. Applicants should, instead, refer to the Programme Complement, which is the 'working' version of the SPD.

Programme Complement

The Programme Complement sets out the operational details of the programme strategy and describes the types of activities which can be funded through the programme. The Programme Complement sets out four key priorities for Objective One investment.

Each priority is made up of a number of different measures. Each measure has a specific objective and can therefore only fund certain types of projects. It is therefore important that your project is submitted under the right measure.
